Consultation: We will initially meet with you to discuss your requirements. This "wish list" will include the size, location, budget and any inclusions for your new home. All details are outlined in a comprehensive information sheet which enables Sett Homes to provide realistic timeframes and actual costs, so you are well informed at the start of the project, not at its completion.

Concept Design: Once you have decided to build your ideal Sett home, we finalise design and pricing in readiness for you to commit to a fixed price building contract. Once the tender is signed and deposit is made, we can fine-tune your design with our Architects. At this point you will also meet with our specialist kitchen, bathroom, flooring, electrical and colour consultants. At Sett Homes we believe the design is one of the most important factors to consider when building your home. We can guide you throught this personal process and make certain your home reflects the lifestyle you seek.

Construction: All proposals are submitted to council by us, on your behalf, for development consent throughout the building process. We control day to day building on site and can answer any questions you may have. All construction, landscaping, driveways, fittings, appliances (incuding electrical connections) and standard water service are covered as part of the buiding contract, ensuring there are no extra costs. Our NSW Residential Housing Contract covers the owner's and builder's obligations and protects both parties. Compulsory home warranty insurance is also included as part of this agreement. Move-In: Sett Homes has an excellent team who will manage each stage with you from design to construction. We are available 6 days a week and always happy to help - even after we've handed the keys over to you! Simply move in and enjoy your new home.
